silanamine, 1,1,1-trimethyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)-, hydrolysis products with silica; pyrogenic, synthetic amorphous, nano, surface treated silicon dioxide is classified as a specific target organ toxicant (STOT). Exposure must be minimised using engineering controls (local exhaust ventilation, closed systems). Biological and medical monitoring may be required.
